Seems that that's I can ever talk about these days--but I have to say that I truly did not expect these rapid changes in the weather to come quite so soon---and I'm talking about global climate change.
Snow in March?
I could hardly believe my eyes when I saw my beautiful Jasmin covered in snow and ice this morning. After carefully tending it all winter long and sheltering it from any direct contact with snow.
I finally felt it was safe to do this after all the rain and mild conditions we had yesterday--I couldn't have been more wrong.
And if that wasn't bad enough after the snow and ice we got high winds and absolute sheets of hail rapidly filling every space on my balcony and even coming into my dining room, about ten feet into the interior--through a tiny 6x6 inch space --no less.
Oh well, back to winter I guess--and later I will get into all the other stuff that's been going on in the world.
Good stuff like seeing Roger Federer play and win his first match since the Aussie Open, and other stuff --not so good in the world of politics.
But for now that will have to wait--cause I'm going to be busy doing something else I like--eating and drinking!
